PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The knife mill MNU-437/15 kW is a universal machine designed for grinding pre-shredded waste: post-production, cardboard, plastics, packaging, PET bottles, wooden chips, residues from injection molds. The diameter of the cutting system is 437mm, with 3 rotating knives and 5 fixed knives made of high-quality steel.
The mill is driven directly by a 15 kW motor, equipped with a control box ensuring safe operation. The machine has a sieve in which the holes can be adjusted to the customer's needs, thus changing the size of the final fraction.
The crushed material is charged to the side with the mill's hopper, which, due to its length, also acts as a cover and protects against placing hands in the working space. The material is fragmented by means of fixed and movable knives mounted on the working shaft. After shredding, the material is poured directly into a bag or container, or you can use a fan with a cyclone - an air separator with the shredded material.
