PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The RJG-260/1300/22 kW single-shaft shredder is a larger version of the RJ-260/500/11 kW model. This model is used for shredding wood waste such as pallets, chipboards, MDF boards, etc. This machine is perfect for carpentry workshops and wherever there is a need to shred wood waste. The obtained chips are suitable for direct combustion in furnaces, they can also be used as a raw material for the production of pellets and briquettes. The device has 32 pieces of lace knives and two pieces of flat knives, made of hardened tool steel (1 edge works during shredding, which allows you to change the position of the lace knife 4 times). The device has a control box that implements the machine's work program. The shredded material is collected from the machine by a conveyor belt. This solution gives the possibility of separating metal waste, e.g. nails, using a magnetic roller.
The above-mentioned shredder is also available for an additional fee in a version made of stainless or acid-resistant steel.

The price of the RJG-260/1300/22 kW is 33 500 EUR net + 23% VAT (gross: 41 205 EUR).
The product meets the requirements of the harmonized standards: PN-EN ISO 12100: 2012; PN-EN 60204-: 2010.
